The FBI’s national DNA Index System (NDIS) recently approved the FSS-i3(TM) DNA Expert System for reviewing data and uploading convicted offender profiles to CODIS. The introduction of SNAP-express Gateway® provides a quick and easy way to generate constructs containing an ORF fused to a SNAP-tag gene. MCP-tag can be used in combination with ACP-tag to sequentially label two different fusion proteins on the surface of living cells. In addition, the CoA Substrate range for labeling ACP-tag and MCP-tag fusion proteins has been extended to include CoA-Biotin.
